I keep finding more and more things that I need but cannot recover/remember since the terrible hard drive crash of 2007. My postcard templates, records of submissions, who I sent what, who responded when...details I need are lost to the electronic ether. It's a slow road to recovery. I should have written more of it down in my calendar.

I've had a lot of crashes myself and lost a lot of data too. I've found the best thing to do is look for web based programs to keep track of stuff like google calendar and plaxo for contacts. That way you can use flash drives to save more documents and photos, etc. =)
